Lutron Caseta Smart Lighting Dimmer Switch ELV+ for Light Bulbs, Works with Alexa, Apple Homekit, Google Home

The Lutron Caseta ELV+ dimmer brings both technology and style to your home. Caseta by Lutron allows you to control your lights from anywhere within your home using the Pico remote control (sold separately) or from anywhere with your mobile device via the free app and Lutron Caseta Smart Hub (also sold separately).

The Caseta ELV+ Dimmer is designed to control various load types, including 500-Watt of incandescent, halogen or electronic low-voltage, 400-Watt of magnetic low-voltage, and 250-Watt of dimmable LED or dimmable CFL (neutral wire connection and 10-Watt minimum load required for all load types). The dimmer is set to control ELV, incandescent, halogen, and many compatible LEDs out of the box, but its phase-selective output can be changed for MLV and certain LED bulbs with simple button press programming.

The Caseta ELV+ dimmer is a great solution for LED fixtures with integrated, built-in drivers, ELV track lights, and problem LEDs that may prefer an ELV dimmer. To use it in a multi-location application, replace the existing switch with a Pico remote control and wall plate adapter (both sold separately). Please note that the wall plate for the dimmer is also sold separately.

The installation of the Caseta ELV+ dimmer is easy, taking as little as 15 minutes to replace your existing switch. A neutral wire is required for the installation.

The Caseta ELV+ dimmer offers smart dimming control of your track lighting, recessed lighting, or any other application involving electronic low voltage (ELV) fixtures. To enable smart control, a smart hub (L-BDG2-WH) is required.

With the Caseta system, you can set lights to automatically adjust with the seasons, ensuring your family always comes back to a well-lit home. You can also enable "smart away" to randomly turn your lights on and off, making it look like you're home even when you're away (Caseta Smart Hub, L-BDG2-WH, required).

Caseta connects with more leading smart home devices, including Amazon Alexa, Apple Home, the Google Assistant, Ring, Serena shades, and Sonos, than any other smart lighting control brand (Caseta Smart Hub required).

Caseta puts the smarts in the switch, allowing you to control your ceiling fan your way - via the app, with your voice, or from the wall. You can create schedules that set your fan to a specific speed or activate a scene with a button (smart hub required).

One Caseta smart switch can control many bulbs at once, making multiple bulbs smart, even your existing ones. You can get smart control of various styles of dimmable LED, incandescent, and halogen bulbs.

For added convenience, you can use the wireless Pico remote (PJ2-3BRL-GXX-L01) to turn your lights on, off, or dim and brighten them with the touch of a button from anywhere in the home.

Creating a 3-way is easy with the Caseta system. Mount the Pico to almost any wall surface - no cutting holes or pulling wire, with a wall mount bracket (PICO-WBX-ADAPT sold separately). You can also replace existing 3-way switches by mounting the bracket and Pico over the backbox.

The Caseta ELV+ dimmer works with up to 250W of dimmable LED/CFL, 500W of incandescent/halogen or ELV, or 400W MLV, with a 10W minimum load required.

The package includes the Caseta smart dimmer switch for ELV, with the coordinating wall plate sold separately.
