Please ensure that your home circuit has a neutral wire, as our switch requires it for compatibility. To address flashing light issues, use one of the three compatibility modes available on the app. During the wiring process, tighten the wire cap securely, as failure to do so may prevent the switch from receiving power, leading to malfunctions.

Ensure pairing occurs in the 2.4 GHz network frequency band, as our switch doesn't support pairing in the 5 GHz frequency band. The switch must connect to the network within the specified 3-minute pairing time to avoid connection failure.
