Maxxima Occupancy Vacancy Motion Sensor Wall Switch

This occupancy/vacancy motion sensor PIR wall switch from Maxxima offers dual functionality. In vacancy sensor mode, you can manually turn the lights on, and they will automatically turn off after a predetermined time period when no motion is detected. Conversely, in occupancy sensor mode, the lights will automatically turn on when you enter the area and turn off after a set delay.

The 180° PIR wall switch features a green LED backlight for easy visibility. It comes with a wall plate and wire nuts for a complete installation. You can customize the settings to suit your needs, with adjustable time delay from 1 minute to 30 minutes, adjustable sensitivity, and adjustable light level sensing.

This switch is compatible with a wide range of lighting types, including incandescent, electronic ballast fluorescent, compact fluorescent (CFL), magnetic low-voltage (MLV), and electronic low-voltage (ELV). The maximum load capacity is 800W at 120V or 1200W at 277V, with a 1/6 HP rating. No minimum load is required.

The versatile design allows for both single-pole and 3-way applications, providing flexibility for your lighting system. However, in a 3-way configuration, only one MEW-OVS100W sensor switch can be used, with the other switch being a standard model.
