The Maestro vacancy-only motion sensor switch automatically turns off the lights in a room based on its occupancy. For the occupancy/vacancy version of this product, please see MS-OPS5M-WH. This switch features XCT sensing technology, which detects fine motion, such as typing at a desk or reading, ensuring that the lights do not turn off inadvertently. No neutral wire is required for installation.

The switch offers programmable time-out settings, allowing the lights to turn off 1, 5, 15, or 30 minutes after the room has been vacated. This feature meets the requirements of California Title 24 and other sensor code requirements. The vacancy-only motion sensor is particularly well-suited for bedrooms, kid rooms, and rooms with pets, as it prevents the lights from turning off when the room is occupied.

The sleek design of the Maestro controls complements any room's decor. The switch can be installed in as little as 15 minutes and is compatible with a variety of light sources, including up to 600W incandescent, halogen, and electronic low-voltage lighting, 450W magnetic low-voltage, 360W CFL/LED, and 5-Amp ballasts, as well as 3-Amp fans.
