Lutron's Maestro Occupancy Sensor switch is an easy and cost-effective way to save energy and add automation to your home. The sensor detects your presence and turns the lights or fan on and off automatically.

The Maestro Sensor features XCT sensing technology, which can detect fine motion like typing or reading, ensuring the lights don't turn off when you're still in the room. It also learns your preferred natural light level and keeps the lights off when there's enough daylight. You can program the sensor to turn the lights off 1, 5, 15, or 30 minutes after you leave the room.

Alternatively, the sensor can be set to vacancy-only mode, which will only turn the lights off when you leave, meeting Title 24 requirements. With ambient light detection, you can customize the sensor to turn the lights on only when natural light is not sufficient.

The sleek Maestro design ensures the sensor will blend seamlessly into the decor of any room. Install it in the bedroom to prevent lights from being left on, or in the bathroom to control the exhaust fan. This versatile sensor works with a variety of bulb types, including CFLs and LEDs, as well as fans up to 3 amps.

The Maestro Sensor can also be easily programmed to function as a vacancy (manual-on) sensor. Coordinating Claro wall plates and accessories are sold separately.
